Licensed to commence business as a Private Guards Service Company under the provisions of the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the company has the Corporate Mission of facilitating the introduction and growth of innovative, sophisticated and indigenous security schemes that have a fundamental contribution to the broadening and deepening of Nigeria’s internal security network in the country’s economic formation.


Fountain Guards limited is also armed with a Port Security Operating licence. It provides solutions to address container security problems by screening the contents of the container; reporting on the contents in a digital format and with the specially trained Fountain Guards Port Corps; and tracking the location and progress of the container. Its solutions also includes security of port authorities, port terminal operators facilities, Car parks, Critical Infrastructure protection and security of shipping companies in order to avoid capital investment and technological risks, Oil pipelines and installations and protection of high tension cables. The company also engineers, furnishes, installs, and operates close circuit televisions (CCTV) and tracking technology.
